New patient consultations are scheduled at 30-40 minute intervals, you will have as much time as you need. This first visit this will include a discussion of any symptoms, a clinical examination, and recommendations regarding any diagnostic tests or a course of treatment.
You do not need a referral to arrange an appointment with Dr Hyde. If you do have one from a doctor please bring along a copy as it will help guide the consultation and answer a question your doctor may have about you. If you are using insurance you may need a referral or authorisation prior to the appointment to be eligible for cover..
Please bring as much information as you can to this first appointment including any test results such as an ECG tracing or blood tests from your GP or another doctor. Dr Hyde will have access to all previous letters, scans and blood tests performed at the Great Western Hospital.
